Coordinates with EUCOM component commands to enforce COP reporting requirements IAW Joint Staff and EUCOM directives.
Coordinates with the Joint Intelligence Operations Center Europe (JIOCEUR) Analytic Center (JAC) to ensure intelligence data is meeting Commanders Critical Information Requirements (CCIRs) and Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs).
Coordinates with EUCOM component commands to enforce COP reporting requirements IAW Commander Joint Chief of Staff Instructions (CJCSI) 3151.01, GCCS COP Reporting Requirements and EUCOM Instruction (ECI) 3212.01, COP Policy and Procedures.
Utilizes GCCS FoS client applications such as ICSF and Agile Client to manage the Theater COP, to include the development of overlays, KML files, and other Tactical Decision Aids (TDAs), track latency, and track display filtering.
Maintains, monitors, and troubleshoots all COP Sync Tools (CST) connections with higher, lower, and adjacent commands and agencies.
Maintains, monitors, and troubleshoots data feeds with Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) to maintain coalition and partner nation COP data feeds.
Maintains, monitors, and troubleshoots Theater Missile Warning (TMW) data feeds and utilizes GCCS FoS Theater Ballistic Missile Defense (TBMD) tools and applications to facilitate desired visualization of theater missile threats.
Bachelors Degree in a Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
5-8 years of directly related experience in COP Management or as a GCCS FoS operator.
Familiar with US forces and military operational requirements.
Experience using GCCS FoS (GCCS-J, GCCS-A, GCCS-M, GCCSAF, Agile Client, ICSF, JC2CUI, C2PC) to create and manage a Common Operating Picture.
Experience and knowledge of GCCS-J I3 data reporting and integration capabilities. Knowledge of COP communications and architectures, such as COP Sync Tools (CST), MultiTADIL Capability (MTC)/LINK, and GALE/GLIS.
Knowledge of integrating COP products from applications such as GCCS-J I3, JEM/JWARN, MTI, and JTT.
Experience working with USMTF formatted messages, such as JUNIT, OTHGold, OBREP, MISREP, SPIREP, RECEXXREP, etc.
Experience using GCCS FoS communications to share data via USMTF messages, such as NETWORK Channel and AUTOFWD/Broadcast.
Experience integrating and managing BFT/FFT devices into the COP.
Experience creating KML data products / layers with Google Earth or other similar web-based geospatial display engine.
Prefer candidates that have attended JDTC GCCS-J COP, I3 Operator or COP Manager MTT or resident courses.
Candidate must meet DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification requirements at time of hire.
Advanced knowledge of GCCS-J software and applications.
Good problem solving IT skills, test, and troubleshooting skills.
Operational experience with GCCS COP functionality and applications (ICSF, Agile Client, etc.) with emphasis on communications configuration, track data flow and synchronization of the CIP
Operational experience with GCCS I3 functionality and applications (AWS, JTT, IMOM, ITS, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal communication, writing, and presentation skills
