Provide program and project management support to stand-up, implement, operate, and maintain the Cryptologic and Cybersecurity Certification Programs. This task includes:
Serve as the focal point in facilitating all tasks supporting the development, implementation, operation, maintenance, sustainment and management of a DoD Intelligence Community agency Certification Programs in accordance with industry, customer, DoD, and other applicable guidance and standards.
Develop, recommend, and implement strategy, vision and goals, policies, standards, requirements, procedures, business processes, communications, governance, and other responsibilities in support of the customer
Provide situational awareness to stakeholders that pertain to and include certification efforts specifically within the customers Cryptologic and Cybersecurity Enterprise and defense IC
Provide expertise, guidance, consultation, facilitation, and thought leadership focused on Cryptologic and Cybersecurity certification-related activities
Provide and coordinate policy input and required ad hoc reporting to USD (I&S) overseers and other stakeholders on certification matters.
Address certification program requirements in support of planning, programming, and budgeting process
Advise as well as support the establishment of the certification governance structure and various advising boards and groups on issues that pertain to certification initiatives
Contribute to live discussions at internal and external meetings on targeted issue or theme-specific activities related to certification initiatives including organizational activities and strategic communications.
Contribute to the design, develop, and implementation a plan for evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of the Cryptologic and Cybersecurity Certification Programs
Identify and coordinate in resolving risks, issues, and actions involving certification programs
Develop and conduct educational and informational types of activities for a wide range of audiences to educate and inform audiences on topics related to certifications.
Implement instructions, plans, policies, and programs related to certification initiatives.
Research USD (I&S), DoD, and other agency planning documents (i.e., customer Strategy, Defense Planning Guidance); ensure customer’s strategic plan on certification programs remain synchronized with current, future, and higher level initiatives
Support certification related activities in support of the customer
Participate in special projects as required
