GDIT Technology Shared Services (TSS) is looking for a Solutions Manager that will take an active role in the development and management of service delivery and lead product teams within GDIT Technology Shared Services. This role will take an active part in continual service improvement of processes, management plans, and reporting of resources.
Actively participates in business development activities, answering request for information, and authoring proposals to build GDIT business pipelines
Grows and develops development/deployment teams including mentoring junior staff.
Leads meetings with internal teams and other business areas
Develop, manage, and maintain financial documentation and processes including license usage, resource utilization, and forecasting critical to customers and business success.
Supervises assigned technical and administrative staff, including subordinate managers, and performs personnel actions including hiring and performance evaluation.
Develops, reviews, and approves plans, schedules, consulting agreements, statement of works, and other program documents.
Prepares and provides various reports and technical reviews to senior management as requested.
Ensures compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards.
Participates in special projects as required.
Develops, maintains, and follows standard operating procedures for the team, including the use of internal tracking systems and documentation.
Supports oversight of engineering projects or initiatives, through the lifecycle, including design, test and deployment.
Supports the planning and deployment of application deployment efforts, involving multiple system integrations, mission-critical resources and a diverse group of stakeholders.
Maintains vendor relationships

BA/BS or equivalent years of experience plus+ 5 years of relevant IT experience
Expert knowledge of ServiceNow including ITSM and ITOM.
Certified ServiceNow Administrator
Strong experience deploying ServiceNow for large and complex organizations/enterprises
Solution architecture experience
Strong experience integrating ServiceNow across a wide range of external systems
Experience developing lifecycle cost estimates for technical solutions
Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills
Customer service orientation
MA/MS in Computer Science or Engineering
Experience architecting and/or leading application modernization initiatives
Understanding of federal enterprise architecture concepts
