Our work depends on a Requirements Review Board (CRRB) Manager joining our team to support a federal government services contract in Shaw AFB, SC.
At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Requirements Review Board (CRRB) Manager supporting a federal government customer, you will be trusted to serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in operational contract support integration and management to the customer.
In this role, a typical day will include:
Provide SME guidance and advice to requiring activities, staff and leadership on the development of all requirement packages primarily seeking a contract solution.
Provide training and guidance to requiring activities, the customer’s staff and leadership on requirements development, requirement synchronization, and the requirement review and validation process.
Maintain a requirement common operating picture
Maintain communication with requiring activities/customers of the status of the requirement packet (i.e. returned without action because the packet does not contain xx.; or pending further review)
Upon acceptance of an acquisition ready packet, conduct a thorough review of all requirement packets for regulatory and policy compliance, content, clarity, consistency, accuracy, structure, readability, redundancies.
Provide guidance and assistance to requiring activities with completing the requirement packets.
Provide thoroughly reviewed packets to the chair and designated review board members before the packet is scheduled for the contract acquisition review board or requirement review board for their review and preparation.
Maintain requirement management database tool of record ensuring that complete requirement packets are uploaded.
During each phase of the review maintain communications with requiring activities/customers with request for information, packet status, discrepancies, board schedule, etc.
Assist with facilitating the weekly requirement synchronization meeting to provide information and resolve any issues related to the requirement reviews and validation process
Assist with requirement validation activities
Establish and maintain communications with requiring activities, staff sections for such matters as providing updates and/or status of requirements, processes and procedures, prioritization, feedback on packets, anticipated lead times, and any known show stoppers.
Research historical packet records and provide historical data for to support the requirement review process.
Maintain a tracking mechanism of all requirement packet information and status IOT provide accurate and timely information to requiring activities, board members and staff as necessary during the entire duration of the requirements validation and review process.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Must possess a 3C Army Skill Identifier or equivalent.
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, Department of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation, and Army Federal Acquisition Regulations.
Demonstrated experience with developing requirement documents to include but not limited to: PWS, SOW, IGE, LOJ in support of an acquisition solution.
Experience with working with the U.S. military and military structure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Suite) tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) to support product development, delivery and synchronization.
Possess or have the ability to possess a Secret Level clearance
Five years of overall experience with planning, organizing, coordinating, synchronizing and managing the integration contracted support.
Minimum three of the five years at the ASCC and/or GCC level
Expereince with experience in pre-award procurement activities such as: analyzing requirements, recommending revisions to performance work statements or specification, procurement planning, and tracking and monitoring procurement activities to ensure compliance with DoD policy, administrative procedures, regulations and statutes.
BA/BS, 5+ years overall related experience
