GDIT is currently recruiting for an analyst to join the GDIT Acquisition team as a Program Integrator supporting the Missile Defense Agency’s (MDA) Command and Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) organization. This analyst will be routinely involved in a wide range of different analytical activities. The selected analyst will ultimately provide a single point of contact (POC) to promote integration and synchronization of information internally within the affected element and externally across the program office to ensure appropriate cross-program and cross-baseline integration. The selected analyst will team with assigned budget analysts to support the development of inputs for the priority budget list including such things as technical descriptions of work, basis for cost estimates and phasing of funding. In addition to budget activities, the analyst will support cost estimation analysis by collecting the appropriate data required to support the MDA cost estimation processes along with providing detailed description of the recognized requirement, statement of work, scheduling issues and a host of other related support. Additionally, the analyst will also perform schedule analysis as needed to provide timely updates to keep the element program manager and others as appropriate aware of impacts on various products/functions. Our GDIT analyst will support Earned Value Management Analysis and provide program status of products and their influence upon the total program variances. Our new team member analyst will provide a wide range of acquisition support including developing and completing contract requirements packages, acquisition strategy development from cradle to grave, acquisition assessments, the authoring, tracking, and reviewing of contract data requirements lists (CDRLs), development of technical evaluations, support of Inter/Intra Agency requirements, and supporting other program manager tasks as appropriate and necessary.
BA or equivalent + three years related experience, or MA + 1 year related experience is required
Active Secret Security Clearance is required
Refined presentation skills to communicate with management, peers and customers
Sufficient personal computer and business solutions software skills with full working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of Software
Advanced interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
Well-developed communication skills (orally and written)
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
