This is a customer facing position, interacting with a significant amount of senior management and daily interactions with department personnel of all levels. This position requires a candidate who can complete independent work with some autonomy and feel empowered to come up with creative solutions. However, the candidate will also be part of a support team and will need to interact with team members on some projects. Core hours: 9-3; flexible with remaining schedule hours. Training on Sponsor systems, SharePoint, classification tool required. Prior Sponsor Experience is extremely beneficial to understand all of the Sponsor systems/databases and processes. Minimal on the job training provided. No supervision of others in this role, but candidate will be part of a team and be expected to support others in the team and work together to solve issues. No physical requirements for the job. Minimal to no travel to other buildings locally. No government vehicle. Documents, tracks, and archives department briefings, personnel related files, memos, equipment logs via SharePoint, shared drives and other archiving mechanisms. The AA will use SharePoint, Sponsor Internal Communication System, Shared Drives, Basic MS Office to include: Excel: Identifying Rows, Columns, Cells, Saving and closing, Formatting, Sorting I Filtering data, Using Auto Fill, Functions (SUM, ROUND,AVERAGE), Spell Check PowerPoint: Screen Layout and Design, Creating and Saving Presentations, Navigation, Inserting/Deleting Slides, Changing Bullets, Inserting/Edit/Deleting Content, Aligning Content, Configuring Slide Transition, Formatting Shapes, Adding Word Art, Apply Themes Word: Create New, Cut & Paste, Change Page View (Margins, orientation, page size), Formatting (Font size, color, type), Insert Text Box, Change Colors Outlook: Navigating Window Panes, Using Reading Pane, Customizing outlook, Previewing Messages, Using, Delivery and Read Receipts, Printing messages, Updating Distribution Groups, Assigning Tasks, Creating Appointments, Modifying Appointments, Adding recurring Appointments, Plan a meeting, Modify recurring meeting, Adding meeting attendees, Proposing new meeting times.
