IT Process Manager- TS/SCI Polygraph

work depends on an IT Process Manager joining our team to support our government client’s  activities in their locations.

At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As an IT Process Manager, you will lead both agile and Waterfall efforts, from cradle to grave, for IT development and infrastructure efforts.  You will derive software development requirements and workflows for the ServiceNow platform and oversee the promotion of code into the production environment. There may be additional, agile ITSM smaller projects, you will manage to support this effort. You’ll keep your projects on course as you track progress in ServiceNow, anticipate needs, and facilitate communication between team members, and stakeholders.  Your organized, hands-on approach will help you stay ahead of challenges and deliver IT projects into ServiceNow.

• Ability to capture and translate requirements into measurable and attainable milestones, create ServiceNow project workflows, and establish project acceptance criteria for stakeholder signature.
• Ability to manage project schedules using agile techniques.
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work and communicate at multiple levels from senior leadership to installation teams.
• 5+ years of IT project initiation and tailoring.
• 5+ years of experience with tracking project deliverables, milestones, and schedules for systems or software delivery programs.
• 5+ years of experience with requirements review and tracking.
• 5+ years of experience with management for systems or software delivery programs.
• Experience with program management, Readiness reviews, and Governance boards.
• Experience with conducting technical exchange meetings.
• Experience with working in Agile team environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with using Confluence and SharePoint.
• Ability to prepare and conduct briefings to diverse audiences
• Ability to create project documentation
• Previous Leadership experience
• Participates in special projects as required.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of related work experience.

• Because of the sensitive nature of the work being done for this government client, all candidates must hold an active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
