To provide actionable business intelligence in consultation with management and business units for use in daily and strategic decision making. Study industry best practices and standards to make recommendations for solutions that improve business performance. Conduct analytical studies to provide results/recommendations to customers for enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.


  • Provide support of raw data analytics from data warehouses to supply basic, advanced, predictive and trends statistical analysis.  

  • Analyze raw data sets extracted from existing personnel systems, enterprise resource planning, training, and other government provided information.  

  • Render data into simple reports and spreadsheets via Microsoft Excel or via data reporting tools such as Microsoft SQL Reporting Services, PowerBI, PowerApps, Appian, Tableau and other data modeling, visualization tools and low-code solutions.  

  • Lead knowledge transfer sessions for customers in the creation of their own customized reporting tool datasets and provide templates, data automation and workflows. 

  • Research industry trends for application of process improvement techniques and best practices. 

  • Recognized as a subject matter expert in business intelligence analysis. 

  • Participates in special projects as required. 

  • Utilizes strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills throughout workplace performance. 


BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technology field. Experience may be substituted for education. 

Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility, based on a T5 or T5R investigation. 
Excellent written communication skill. 

Candidate will be required to acquire DoD Instruction 8570 Level II Certification within 6 months of assignment.
