As a Senior Financial Analyst you will be supporting and analyzing various financial aspects of one of our current VISA programs in our FEDCIV business area. You will be trusted to provide support to the Finance Manager and Program manager.

RESPONSIBILITES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Works closely with our local accounting partner in various countries.
  • Collects and reviews financial data from various sources.
  • Creates, maintains, and updates financial databases and spreadsheets, and generates various financial reports as required.
  • Monitors Subcontract and Vendor costs.
  • Responsible for various financial functions such as EACs, budgeting, auditing, forecasting, reconciliations and analysis.
  • Supports program manager and financial manager in managing, tracking, monitoring and reporting financial data.
  • Monitor project funding for any invoicing risks.
  • Collaborate with Program Manager, Contracts and Billing to ensure timely invoicing to the government and monitor Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
  • Ensures compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as other government regulations.
  • Participates in the preparation and review of cost proposals and contract modifications.
  • Maintains current knowledge of relevant laws, regulation, policies and procedures.
  • Participates in special projects as required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors Degree plus 5 years of related experience: OR in lieu of degree an additional 4 years of related experience
  • Experience supporting financial functions at the program or corporate level
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Government Contract experience
  • Experience with Oracle preferred

The likely salary range for this position is $69,600 - $104,400, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
