Performs procurment and logistics requirements worth $3-11M annually. Analyzes engineering bill of materials and basis of estimates to develop procurment requirements in support of worldwide projects. Interacts with GD Supply Chain and associated information systems to execute purchase orders, OEM quotes, receipt, handling, inventory, shipping and disposition. Integrates activites with project planners and implementation teams. Coordinates spares, maintenance and/or repair activities with on-site representatives located at bases across the globe. Associated tasks include; 1. Analyzes standard contractual documents, technical data, customer usage data, customer maintenance practices, customer operation characteristics, and related reports for assigned contracts to determine spares provisioning or maintenance/repair requirements. 2. Develops logistics plans required to support distribution of goods and supplies. 3. Follows established policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control and develops specific procedures related to the contractual requriements. 4. Conducts distribution studies, monitors inventory and analyzes requirements in order to achieve desired delivery times. 5. Provides guidance and work leadership to less experienced staff members, and may have supervisory responsibilities. 6. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned. 7. Participates in special projects as required. 8. Other requirements: - Passports are required to support on-site staffing and travel requirements. - There will be CONUS and OCONUS travel for assessments, installations, and to support on-site sustainment. - SECRET clearance required. - Knowledge of Industrial Control Systems (ICS) security highly desired but not required. - Familiarity with USAF EITDR and DoD eMASS desired but not required. - Knowledge of DOD and Air Force DIACAP, Risk Management Framework (RMF), Information Assurance, and NETOPS is a plus. - Experience with DoD and US Air Force (USAF) desired but not required.
