Job Description

Provide call center/service desk services to both remote and walk-in customers throughout the USSOUTHCOM enterprise that have issues requiring resolution.

Monitor and control electronic computer and peripheral electronic data processing equipment to process business, scientific, engineering, and other data according to operating instructions.

Manage network accounts, password creation and resets, resetting Common Access Card (CAC) Personal Identification Numbers (PINs), Issue, track, provide configuration and management of SIPRNet and NIPRNet Token Cards.

Operate, and maintain a problem tracking solution that monitors and tracks the status of all submitted incidents, problems, and changes.

Provide the services required for user account creation, management, and administration across multiple classified and unclassified environments.

Maintain a customer-facing self-help knowledge repository for problem resolution. Monitor and respond to operating and error messages.

May enter commands at a computer terminal and set controls on computer and peripheral devices.

Clearance: TS/SCI required to start.


8570 Compliance

IAT-II certification (e.g., Security + CE or equivalent), current Computing Environment (e.g., MD-100) certification or MCSA

.DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 2+ years of experience
