The AA will work independently to provide assistance to department management and staff as needed. Candidate will be the face of the department as the first to greet agency visitors and direct them to the correct staff member. Candidate will help maintain schedules for management and staff, and will assist in compiling written presentations, primarily internal communication guidance. The AA is expected to work 8 hour days, approximately during core hours of 0800-1400, with some flexibility. Candidate will not be expected to TDY.
