General Dynamics Information Technology is providing critical support for citizens impacted by Covid-19 across our communities. We have opportunities for Spanish/English bilingual Customer Service Representatives to support a Vaccine Information Center. If hired for this role, you will provide citizens and healthcare providers with critical vaccine information, contact targeted populations for vaccination registration, and provide additional assistance as necessary while serving in a vital role that keeps our nation safe and secure.
In this role, you will support English and Spanish language inbound calls and inquiries from vaccine recipients, healthcare providers and other parties engaged in COVID vaccine administration. Related duties will include:
Responding to vaccine administration related questions
Providing CVMS system (Recipient Portal) access/troubleshooting
Managing misdirected inquiries (calls/web-based) that require transfer or referral
Completing call guides, following scripts; gathering, entering and verifying required information
Adhering to established customer service and documentation standards within required time frames
Adhering to established levels of service
Adhering to contact center scheduling, ensures telephone coverage during contact center hours of operation
Attending telephone skills and program information training sessions addressing policies, procedures and the handling of confidential information related to personal information
High school diploma or equivalent; AND
1 or more years of related customer service and/or contact center experience
Ability to speak, read, and write both English and Spanish fluently
Access to 10 Mbps of download speed and 1 Mbps of upload speed of dedicated internet bandwidth (Satellite provided Internet Service will not qualify)
Ability to work remotely (from the comfort of your own home) in a quiet work environment free from distractions
Ability to work ANY full-time shift during hours of operation
Experience working with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology
Outstanding interpersonal skills
100% remote, work from home
Hours of Operation: M-F, 6 AM – 8 PM, CST & Sat-Sun, 7 AM – 5:30 PM CST (requires shift work)
