Manage the DES IT Services Portfolio defined in this PWS for the entire life cycle of the service. The 
Document and maintain service models for DES services in the DOPR.
Update the documented DES service models as changes to service delivery are implemented.
Measure service performance against AQL levels and make corrections to continuously improve performance.
Develop and document new service models as new services are added to the DES portfolio including:
Develop and document the conceptual, logical, and physical database models and the associated Data Definition Language (DDL).
Identify and describe the activities, events, and interactions associated with the delivery of the service. 
Describe the service characteristics.
Identify and describe each of the service assets [i.e., Configuration Items (CIs)] including the relationship of the asset to the delivery of the service.
Identify the performance threshold for each service component used to report events that impact service as well as the status and restoration of service.
Identify the data elements needed to define and quantify service events (e.g., users impacted by service degradation or interruption).

Required QUALIFICATIONS:

BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of experience.

Secret Clearance.

3 + years of IT Governance/Portfolio Management experience
2 + years of experience in project coordination, management and/or project delivery accountability
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills
