At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a 508 Compliance Lead supporting Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Developing and delivering 508 training to FERC's employees and contractors. 
  • Establishing processes to review VPATs to ensure procurements are 508 compliant. 
  • Providing support for 508 testing of existing applications and assessment of compliance of existing applications and developing strategies to achieve compliance.
  • Providing support and advise other CIO projects on 508 compliance and assessments.  Provide support selecting a 508 training vendor. 
  • Providing end users support on 508 compliance as part of a planned service catalog and general 508 advisory and guidance services
  • Developing and implementing compliance policies, procedures, and practices

  •  DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS, 2-5 years experience
  • Part-time (40 hours per month)
