**Position requires an in-scope TS/SCI clearance and polygraph.
The Administrative Assistant Ill (AA) will oversee the consolidation of applicant/contractor paperwork from multiple sources to develop a user file for appropriate stakeholder review and comment. Will assist with proctoring applicant/contractor testing and collecting/inputting results into personnel files for review by experts. Excellent oral and written communication skills; sufficient to compose and deliver responses to complex questions in a clear and concise manner, and if needed, will seek guidance from management. Will assist sponsor in completing mandatory data entry of applicant testing and generate standardized report. Flexibility around core hours of 7am to 4pm. There is no expected travel. The AA will work independently and with team under minimal supervision with latitude to exercise independent judgment to accomplish work in accordance with established policies and procedures. Will perform as a SME and will serve as a resource and expert on all work flow processes. Will attend meetings for collaboration on new organizational initiatives, system implementations/upgrades and expanded mission support requirements. Position requires careful attention to detail, organization, ability to manage time effectively and ability to multi task. Prior experience as administrative assistant is highly desired. The ability to communicate/ brief procedures and process to customers, coworkers, management and stakeholders of all levels on existing and potential changes to business functions and operations is critical to ensuring status updates are disseminated in a timely manner for decision making. Must be flexible and able to adapt to changing needs of the office.
Associates Degree in a related business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
5-8 years of related administrative experience.
