Provides technical knowledge and skill in using specialized applications. Experienced in the operational environment and using high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation methodologies on complex problems which require in-depth knowledge of the subject matter. Applies principles, methods and knowledge of the functional area and in the process uses advanced mathematical principles and methods to arrive at practical, innovative solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a mathematics-intensive discipline that provides substantial knowledge and skill in engineering large, complex projects with a minimum of 5 years of intensive, progressive and relevant experience in one of the Oracle Federal Financials modules listed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Unison Prism, or supporting a functional area of the Business Intelligence of ERP applications. Without a degree 6-8 years of required. Two thirds of the experience needs to be in as a Subject Matter Expert supporting a functional area of the Business Intelligence of ERP applications, with managing Oracle Federal Financials Modules listed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) or Unison Prism.
