**Position requires an in-scope TS/SCI clearance and polygraph.**
Core hours 0800-1500. Will schedule daily appointments with office visitors. The number scheduled each day varies depending on requirements. Some visitors may require access approval; some may require reasonable accommodations. Reasonable accommodation requirements are reported to, and coordinated with, office management. Non-traditional calendar management. Candidate will manage and fill appointments tasked by customer. The candidate will Interact with hundreds of staff members to determine their availability, coordinate complex schedules, manage priorities based on resource availability and deconflict schedule as required to fill appointment requirements. Sending email notifications on behalf of the office is required, as well as providing responses with and without review. Requesting and receiving documentation, typically in digital format, maintaining and archiving records on active and completed tasks, notifying and updating management on status of actions and tasks, and maintaining digital records of progress, attempts, and the status of scheduling efforts. Candidate will directly track actions and tasks, prioritize, manage, and complete. Provide metrics on volume of actions/tasks and status.
Associates Degree in a related business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
5-8 years of related administrative experience.
