Job Description
Supports the Common Data Fabric (CDF) Help Desk in support of interoperability among Department of Defense (DoD) systems. Provides 24x7 Tier 1 Support for the Army Intelligence Data Platform (AIDP) to ensure seamless intelligence operations

1.    Provides Help Desk support and troubleshooting to enable point-to-point data sharing
2.    Assists as a front-line responder to intelligence professionals by triaging and resolving platform issues across the Global Army Enterprise
3.    Escalates issues to the next level of support when necessary
4.    Responsible for tracking, routing, and redirecting issues
5.    Assists in monitoring system health and audit logs in accordance with Cybersecurity Incident Response Team (CIRT)
6.    Supports coordinating with data users to determine, create and populate optimal data architectures and systems
7.    Assists in the design, implementation, and operation of data management systems for intelligence needs
8.    Participates in team recommendations and designs in how data will be stored, accessed, used, integrated, and managed by different data regimes and digital systems
9.    Participates in the selection of backend database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, HPC)
10.    Participates in special projects as required 
11.    Work Schedule: Shift Work

Required
•    Current TS / SCI, CI Polygraph eligibility
•    High School diploma with 3 years’ experience in support of or in an intelligence discipline
•    Knowledge and experience using Microsoft SharePoint 2013+
•    Security + Certification
