GDIT – Federal Civilian Division is currently looking for a Program Analyst to support our contract with the Defense Health Agency at their location in Silver Spring, Maryland.

In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Analyzing user needs to determine functional requirements for a wide variety of projects
  • Researching, identifying, and recommending resources required for task execution and completion
  • Performing data analysis to develop functional modeling based on requirements
  • Reviewing current Program Evaluation Systems to recommend updates to meet client needs
  • Review current processes to identify emerging relevant technologies that may result in improvements to current processes and systems
  • Writing and updating project documentation including system procedures, presentations, and training materials
  • Conducting functional testing of various program evaluation systems
  • Produce work products for and effectively communicate with senior leaders on assign subjects
  • Maintaining current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas in support of current assigned projects
  • Participating in special projects as required

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Accounting, Healthcare, Science & Technology or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience
  • 5 + years’ experience in field to include 3 + years experience in program coordination within DoD
  • Experience with the DoD Programming Phase of the Program, Planning, Budget, and Execution (PPBE) process
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Ability to obtain a NACLC (T3) clearance

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working in DoD medical RDT&E
  • Experience developing S&T strategic frameworks and strategic plans
  • Experience in understanding of JCIDS processes and link to Acquisition / RDT&E
  • Knowledgeable of metrics typically associated with a DoD S&T program
  • Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to create graphs from spreadsheets (Bar Graphs, Pie Charts)
