Our work depends on Senior Resource Manager joining our End User Services Program, located in Columbia, MD.


Integrates relationships between business units and central corporate functions to ensure success in meeting business and corporate goals and objectives. Identifies and facilitates resolution of operational issues. Acts as a liaison between corporate shared services and internal business units.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role the desired candidate will be responsible for performing staffing and resource management functions to include:

  • Partner with Recruiting to ensure hiring rate is aligned to business trajectory, and focus is on the right talent groups.

  • Assuring adequate staffing levels are maintained.

  • Serve as the authority on incoming talent to quickly map resources to most urgent gaps.

  • Tracking and maintaining credentials and data associated with staffing

  • Maintain appropriate systems and records to ensure adequate documentation of transactions

  • Prepare standard statistics and routine reports as required.



  • Possess the ability to match and map candidate skills to contract requirements

  • Ability work with Talent Acquisition and Project Managers to qualify candidate submissions to open requirements across the program.

  • Demonstrated initiative and influencing skills

  • Ability to lead, influence, and drive plans to completion

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to work well effectively with leaders and employees at all levels of the organization

  • Attention to detail

  • Strong work ethic and results driven

  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.

  • BA or equivalent + 5 yrs related experience, or MA + 3 yrs related experience

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required to start.
