Significant experience using Xamarin or similar mobile technology

Must be able to create custom applications that can access endpoints using Tunnel software
Expertise in creating Document Storage/Management modules, Fleet Management Modules, and an Administrative Modules
Significant recent Java Script and Cascading System Sheets (CSS).
Experience with relational data models and SQL, XML and programming libraries for XML manipulation.
Experience as a developer in a software environment that supported more than 3,000 users and a Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) with more than 250 tables and 1 million total rows.
Experience in at least one software development environment with a minimum of 1,000 automated unit tests
Familiar with e-GIS development for the browser such as displaying street maps or satellite images
Ability to quickly deliver small projects, and to frequently transition between projects and applications.
Experience in packaging and delivering software and documentation to a production environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills; will work with all levels of professionals.
Must be a U.S. Citizen and have an active Public Trust.

Minimum of 10 years or more of experience developing additional reports and alerts
