Our work depends on a Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) Engineering Lead joining our team to support NASA activities.

Job Description
  • Perform development and design of Identity and Access Management systems
  • Determines systems specifications, input/output processes, and customer requirements for hardware/software compatibility and maintenance of system security
  • Develops and recommends corrective actions, upgrades, and other changes to Identity and Access Management software and related systems
  • Provide technical guidance for system administrators, database administrators and software developers
  • Provide technical advice, technology assessments, acquisition support, and technical reviews
  • Participate in enterprise approval boards such as Technical Review and Change Control Boards
  • Develop justifications and other documents in support of Identity Management programs
  • Develop white papers, reports and other communications to articulate access control rules and issues
  • Develop and operationalize program performance metrics and reporting mechanisms in support of Identity Management Programs
  • Communicate effectively at both technical and non-technical levels
  • Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.



  • Experience in designing and deploying Identity and Access Management programs for large scale enterprise customers
  • Experience performing proactive federal agency level ICAM architecture planning and implementation activities.
  • Good working knowledge of PKI implementation and strategies for system adaptation
  • Combination of 7+ years in information security & engineering experience
  • Experience configuring Zero Trust Architecture platforms
  • Solid understanding of cyber landscape + typical threat vectors


  • Experience with COTS Access Management products such as Computer Associates Single Sign-On (formerly Siteminder) or Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS)
  • Experience with Azure Identity and Federation services and integrating applications into the Azure cloud environment
  • Experience with single sign-on technologies such as SAML, OAuth/OpenID Connect, or Kerberos technologies.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and manage the resolution of issues related to identities, systems access, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and provisioning.
  • Knowledgeable with X.509 based certificates and technologies that use Public Key Infrastructures (PKI) such as smart card authentication
  • Experience with enterprise level directory server infrastructures such as LDAP and Active Directory
