As the Portfolio Management Team Lead you will serve as a subject matter expert on project asset portfolio management providing thought leadership on topics and trends of emerging technology. The candidate will support the client and project team with IT system requirements management process of documenting, analyzing, tracing, prioritizing, and vetting requirements and implementing control change management and communicating with management and client stakeholders while working with the team to grow robust enterprise capabilities in this technical domain. This role will exercise your portfolio management knowledge, experience with complex solution development and implementation, consulting and process improvement providing organizational forward leaning change, and cutting edge portfolio management solutions.
Identify, collect, assess, and decompose client service, application, and tool requirements into product and product component, technical system requirements and derived requirements that support design and development activities (e.g., new system, C2S, etc.).
Establish the means and develop streamlined processes to control and track changes to system requirements.
Manage the requirement baseline allocated to projects including any approved changes. This may require attending and maintaining application change review board.
Develop portfolio management tracking solutions for applications with varying degrees of scale, risk and complexity.
Provide client the capability for stakeholders to routinely obtain status of open and closed requirements.
Document and manage user stories to support development priorities when using the Agile development model.
Create and update individual product backlogs resulting from and Agile developmental approach.
Required Skills / Experience:
Experience with DevOps
Experience working in the Agile Software Development and Testing framework
Desirable Skills / Experience:
Experience with CI/CD pipeline
Experience in AWS, Azure or other Cloud Service provider
Experience with DevSecOps methods in support of continuous development, continuous integration environments.
Knowledge and understanding of ITIL Service Design process and procedures.
Candidates must be willing and able to attain a CI Polygraph
