Our work depends on a Health IT Program Manager joining our team to support one of our federal customers in Rockville, MD.
At GDIT, we put our people first. As a Health IT ICAM Program Manager, you will be trusted to manage personnel, operations, and finance for the life cycle of ICAM technology projects. You will communicate with all levels of management, personnel, subcontractors and client agency representatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of policies and goals of the client, and actively applying QA measures to the management and performance of the contract. In this role, a typical day will include:
Identity Management and Authentication/Authorization integration experience (e.g. Active Directory, CA Site Miner, SailPoint IdentityIQ Lifecycle Manager (LCM), Radient Logic, SAML, LDAP, MFA, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, etc. )
Acting as prime POC for all Customer interface and communication on Program and responsible for overall Customer satisfaction.
Possess a deep understanding of Health IT and Customers existing and future needs, and ensure GDIT is meeting and exceeding Customer expectations.
Supervises assigned technical and administrative staff, including subordinate managers, and performs personnel actions including hiring and performance evaluation.
Directs program activities to meet client and organization work objectives and serves as a liaison with clients to coordinate activities, negotiate tasks, and solve problems.
Responsible for profitability and revenue growth of assigned programs.
Assures quality of program products, services, and deliverables, including participating in reviews, audits, and site visits.
Performs program financial management services, including financial analysis, budget and cost quote preparation, cost management, reconciliation, and profit enhancement.
Coordinates and monitors sub-contractor activities and administers subcontractor deliverables and finances.
Develops, reviews, and approves plans, schedules, consulting agreements and other program documents.
Prepares and provides various reports and technical reviews to senior management as requested.
Ensures compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards.
Participates in special projects as required.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Bachelor’s degree plus five (5) years of demonstrated experience in a federal FISMA/ NIST based environment managing task orders/ programs with annual revenue of $25-100M.
Demonstrated experience in the success of complex projects.
Level 1: Non-Sensitive. Contractor/subcontractor employees assigned to Level 1 positions shall undergo a Suitability Determination and National Check and Inquiry Investigation (NACI).
Preferred: PMP certification.
