As a Full Service Project manager supporting the customer, you will be trusted to solve complex IT issues while delivering outstanding customer service. In this role, a typical day will include:
Working on a small team on a wide variety of projects requiring large installations.
Monitoring the progress of multiple concurrent and highly visible projects and requirements with the ability to recommend or take required corrective actions; skilled at risk identification and management
Developing and managing resource loaded project schedules using MS project.
Articulating complex resource and technical issues to a range of audiences; excellent communication skills
Leading and managing enterprise level, multi-disciplinary cross-organizational project teams using the customer's Project Management Framework (PMF) and Agile project management methodology
Building and maintaining constructive relationships among customers, stakeholders, technical teams, and contractors across the customer space & IC
Communicating (orally and in writing) the most complex technical concepts and project information, tailoring ideas, explanations, and concepts to executive and senior managers.
Managing multiple concurrent projects, short deadlines, and competing priorities
Analyzing user needs and performing research and functional analysis on a variety of projects
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
Demonstrated 15 years of experience and knowledge in managing IT projects.
Knowledge of customer's enterprise technical architecture, services-oriented architectures, security requirements, and operating environments
A broad knowledge of Agency IT components, missions and strategies
Familiarity with Intelligence Community issues, policies, systems, and working relationships
Demonstrated ability to examine project successes and failures and make recommendations to improve processes and practices
Security Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph

BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
