Administer, or advise on work concerned with assuring the quality of the acquired, developed, delivered, and maintained products
Develop plans and programs for achieving and marinating product quality throughout the item’s life cycle
Monitor operations to prevent the production of defects and to verify adherence to quality plans and requirements
Analyze and investigate adverse quality trends or conditions and initiation of corrective action.
Develops and applies quality standards in accordance with customer requirements.
Develops and conducts related tests
Responsible for day-to-day implementation of the QM program and resolution of site-specific quality issues
Implements the quality system quality records and summary reports on quality for management review
Analyzes quality data collected and recommends quality monitoring changes to the customer.
Maintains Work Instructions and all controlled documents
Ensures that all site personnel are trained in the quality control aspects of their function
Recommends changes to the Quality Control Plan to the Program Manager
Performs incoming inspections on consumables received
Work with project teams to close out gaps and non-conformances
Monitor quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) and make recommendations for continued service improvement
Required Skills / Experience:
BS in (Business, IT or Information management) + 8 years’ experience or 14 YOE
Analytical ability combined with knowledge and application of assurance principles and techniques, and knowledge of pertinent product characteristics and the associated manufacturing processes and techniques
Quality assurance experience with ISO 9001:2015, CMMI-L3, and agile development
The likely salary range for this position is $89,600 - $134,400, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
