Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administer, or advise on work concerned with assuring the quality of the acquired, developed, delivered, and maintained products
  • Develop plans and programs for achieving and marinating product quality throughout the item’s life cycle
  • Monitor operations to prevent the production of defects and to verify adherence to quality plans and requirements
  • Analyze and investigate adverse quality trends or conditions and initiation of corrective action.
  • Develops and applies quality standards in accordance with customer requirements.
  • Develops and conducts related tests
  • Responsible for day-to-day implementation of the QM program and resolution of site-specific quality issues
  • Implements the quality system quality records and summary reports on quality for management review
  • Analyzes quality data collected and recommends quality monitoring changes to the customer.
  • Maintains Work Instructions and all controlled documents
  • Ensures that all site personnel are trained in the quality control aspects of their function
  • Recommends changes to the Quality Control Plan to the Program Manager
  • Performs incoming inspections on consumables received
  • Work with project teams to close out gaps and non-conformances
  • Monitor quality metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) and make recommendations for continued service improvement

Required Skills / Experience:

  • BS in (Business, IT or Information management) + 8 years’ experience or 14 YOE
  • Analytical ability combined with knowledge and application of assurance principles and techniques, and knowledge of pertinent product characteristics and the associated manufacturing processes and techniques
  • Quality assurance experience with ISO 9001:2015, CMMI-L3, and agile development
  • Strong risk management skills, excellent communication, teamwork, leadership, and conflict management skills.

Desired Certification(s):

  • ITIL V3 or ITIL V4 Foundation
  • PMP Certification

Security Clearance:

  • TS/SCI required with CI Polygraph

The likely salary range for this position is $89,600 - $134,400, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
