Analyzes user needs to determine functional requirements for a wide variety of projects and highlights areas of improvement
Utilizes advanced knowledge of modeling and measuring techniques. Performs functional modeling based on requirements analysis
Conducts functional testing of various projects or systems
Researches, identifies, and recommends resources required for task execution and completion
Develops new functionality or updates the existing, to meet client needs
Writes and updates project documentation including procedures, presentations, and training materials
Performs functional allocations to identify tasks and their inter-relationships
Consults with clients to determine optimum design for assigned projects
May provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced analysts
May serve as a mentor to less experienced analysts
May serve as team or task lead. (Not a people manager
Serves as advisor to clients in assigned subject areas, recommends functional changes, and identifies areas for further investigation
Generates recommendations in the form of briefings, reports, and other major documents provided to senior level client personnel
Partner with business process owners and management on strategic initiatives.
May serve as a team or task leader. (Not a people manager)
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
10+ Years of experience
7+ years of experience working in a systems analyst role
Experience with Agile practices and ceremonies
Regular communication with Business Owners to discuss Business Logic and New Functionality Requests
Organized and able to work across teams with multiple applications
Keeping management informed and updated with any changes
Facilitate design discussions and provide solutions and direction for business requests
Create, Review, and approve all design and logic documentation
Manage Testing and Functional Resources
Ensure validation of Business Stories/Requirements and timely deployments
Knowledge of Version One

The security clearance for this program requires the selected candidate to have resided in the US for the past five years. The selected candidate cannot have left the country for longer than 90 consecutive days and no more than 180 cumulative days.
