GDIT is seeking a AWS Secret Region Business Process Analyst to help support our milCloud 2.0 contract in Chantilly, VA or Durham, NC. Due to the classified environment this role will support, this position will require the employee to report onsite Monday – Friday.
NOTE: This position is contingent upon contract funding and tasking.
The AWS Secret Region Business Process Analyst will help support the milCloud 2.0 service offering of AWS Secret Region to its Mission Partners. This position will involve implementing and maintaining the AWS Secret Region offering via milCloud 2.0 contract and ensuring all solutions meet the milCloud 2.0 contract requirements.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: · Manages the AWS SR Master Payer Account · Responsible for access to the MPA for milCloud personnel accounts o IAM Roles / Policy management o Add/remove account access (onboarding / out-processing) · Creates the AWS SR Mission Partner Accounts · Responsible for Mission Partner initial account creation, credential creation, and account/credential hand-off to the Mission Partner. · Maintaining / Updating valid AWS SR Service List per milCloud 2.0 contract requirements o Potential to create/decom new Service lists · Updates / changes to the IAM policies to manage access to valid AWS SR services · Managing access to Detailed billing report and detailed usage report within SR · Ensuring that monthly invoices are correctly communicated to the unclass systems following appropriate security policies. · Responsible for coordinating with other team members as needed to ensure MPs have access to necessary support. · Ensuring proper documentation is created / maintained · Responsible for final AWS SR Account Decommission for tenants · Working with AWS Enterprise Support to ensure Mission Partner satisfaction · Responsible for coordinating with AWS TAM and milCloud 2.0 Team Leads in developing a milCloud 2.0 AWS SR roadmap o future services / offerings o future functionality of AWS SR
Required Qualifications: · Active Secret security clearance, but must be able to obtain Top Secret · Bachelors Degree or equivalent · 2 + years of experience with AWS services and management console · Familiarity with software development full life-cycle processes including dev/test/prod and support · Communicating with customers and teammates clearly and concisely. · Self Motivated / Self Starter
· Willing to report onsite as indicated above to support classified environments.
Desired Qualifications: · Active Top Secret security clearance · AWS certifications · Proficient/ knowledgeable in AWS IAM policies · Proficient in MS office · Previous experience working in a secure facility such as a SCIF / closed space, etc
