We think. We act. We deliver. There is no challenge we can’t turn into opportunity. And our work depends on System Analyst joining our team to support Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM) SEC Business Directorate activities at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.

The SEC Services Directorate is responsible for the maintenance and sustainment of business applications used within CECOM and SEC and customer applications for outside organizations which include Army Materiel Command (AMC), Department of the Army (DA), Department of Defense (DoD), and other Government agencies.

The System Analyst provides:

  • Interacts with system users to translate their requirements into systems, hardware, and software requirements and design.  Participates in the development of test strategies.   Solving engineering problems (or managing the solution of engineering problems) in the functional area to which assigned.
  • Functional analysis related to the design, development, and implementation of the supported software systems, including application software, utility software, development software, and diagnostic software.
  • Participates in the development of test strategies, devices, and systems.
  • Provides ongoing development support to accommodate changes in user requirements and reporting needs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or other Engineering or Technical discipline is required.
  • 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in one or more of the following languages; C#, C#.Net, Classic ASP, HTML, Java, JavaScript, Microsoft SSIS/SSAS/SSRS, SQL, SQL Server Database, and VB.NET, or ColdFusion.
  • Experience with AGILE SCRUM methodologies.
