Brand Marketing Manager

GDIT is looking for a strategic marketing professional to join the growing GDIT corporate marketing team. As the Brand Marketing Manager, you will focus on supporting the execution of the GDIT brand strategy, impacting the growth of our business.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to building the GDIT brand with the management of high-impact multi-channel marketing campaigns as well as projects and programs related to brand research and employee engagement. The candidate will contribute to marketing campaigns that position the business and brand for success, working under the direction of the Director of Marketing and partnering with other stakeholders across the marketing team.

**While COVID restrictions are in place, this role will be fully remote. Upon lifting the restrictions, the position will be based on-site in our 3150 Fairview Park office. Flexible work options availabe, as GDIT offers flex-time as a benefit.**

Some of things you will be doing:

  • Support enterprise-wide multi-channel branding campaigns to include digital media and professional sports teams in the DC Metro Area.
  • Partner with the marketing creative team to coordinate production of advertising for strategic brand campaigns.
  • Act as the day-to-day contact with our external media partners to execute campaigns.
  • Manage market research/competitive analysis to support the broader marketing strategy.
  • Manage impactful employee engagement initiatives, including distributing tickets to events, as part of our professional sports team partnerships.
  • Maintain the Marketing intranet site to include brand resources, templates and other marketing materials for the wider organization.
  • Manage the company store with GDIT branded merchandise available to employees for purchase.

To be considered for this role, you must have the following:

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline, plus a minimum of five (5) years combined marketing, corporate communications, brand management, and/or public relations agency experience; or nine (9) years related experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience in cross-channel marketing communications.

We would love it if you had the following:

  • Ad/marketing agency experience.
  • Experience in technology marketing and/or business-to-business (B2B) or business-to-government (B2G) marketing.
