GDIT has been supporting mission-based scientific computing in the federal government for over 30 years. With a strong presence in several regulated scientific computing environments throughout the United States, GDIT is a leader in aligning technology needs with business problems, supporting science and keeping the government innovating while protecting the health and welfare of citizens.
GDIT has a future opportunity to fill multiple positions to support an upcoming government contract in the DC Metro area. Candidates sought will be supporting all aspects of scientific computing. This includes but is not limited to roles of:
Data Warehouse Administrators
Helpdesk team members
High Performance Computing Engineers
Web Content Administrator
Candidates should have hands-on experience with the any of the subject areas in question including information technology as applied to scientific computing.
Candidates will ideally be familiar with the usage of scientific technologies within a regulated environment such as FDA. Technical staff are required to hold a bachelor’s degree or greater in a relevant field.
Candidates are required to pass background checks and select staff may require secret clearance
