The Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) F-35 IT program support contract provides knowledge-based, information assurance and cybersecurity IT services to the F-35 Lightning II Joint Program Office (JPO). Our services include program management, enterprise performance management, enterprise architecture, implementation of emerging capabilities and requirements, life cycle management, operations & maintenance, enterprise data management, service desk support and IT training. 

We are currently seeking a Program Analyst.

Job Duties:

Responsible for developing, drafting, writing and editing reports, briefs, proposals, and other documents in support of a client’s requirements. Interfaces with personnel to coordinate meetings, maintain logs, records and files, provides end-user support, and performs general administrative duties. Assists in budgetary, billing, and financial management. Responsible for preparing and/or maintaining systems, programming and operations documentation, procedures and methods, including user reference manuals. Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Participates as a member of and/or supports the specified program or project team. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. 
 

Assists with the program’s onboarding process and knowledgeable of GDIT’s processes to include an understanding of the I-9 process, badge access, completing Project Work Assignments (PWAs), assisting with timesheets, and tracking visitor certifications.  The certification tracker will be used to not only track visitor certifications but all associated reporting.  Understanding of a technical environment and Labor Category (LCAT) requirements.  Providing facility support to involve being a Point of Contact (POC) for the landlord, coordinating any facilities issues, and ordering supplies (including stocking and maintaining supply levels throughout the space).  Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, or ability to quickly learn advanced skills, if provided training.  Good understanding of the Remedy ticketing system with the ability to pull reports, analyze survey comments, and assist with ticketing efforts.  Knowledgeable of IT Service Management (ITSM) in general to assist with continual process improvement for the Service Desk. Assists with updating multiple customer survey reports and providing information for the monthly Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs).  Provides exceptional customer service.
 

Minimum Education Required:

  • BA/BS degree.
  • ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION:  Six (6) years of related experience or four (4) years of related experience with an AA/AS degree.
     

Minimum Experience Required:

  • At least four (4) years of experience in management, technical or business analysis disciplines.
  • Experience in analyzing program/project status and providing documentation to support project/program.
  • ITIL Foundation Certified (or achieve within three months of hiring).
     

Security Clearance: Secret clearance.
