Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

  • Resolves technical problems and answers queries by telephone or self-service ticket in support of internal and/or outside customer computer hardware, software, network, system/application access, and telecommunications systems.
  • Diagnoses, identifies, isolates, and analyzes problems utilizing historical database records.
  • May route calls to product line specialists, application, or system support specialists.
  • Maintains and updates records and tracking databases.
  • Alerts management to recurring problems and patterns of problems.        

Qualifications:

  • AA/AS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of experience
  • TS/SCI with ability to obtain CI Poly
  • Must be able to meet customer facility COVID requirements
  • hours: 2400 - 800
  • Must obtain the following two certifications within 120 days of starting position: 1. Security+ CE or other DoD approved 8570 baseline certification        2. One of the following PWS 9.1 certifications: A+, HDI-CSR, HDI Support Center Director, HDI Support Center Analyst, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft 365

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $24.00 - $36.00, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
