HOW AN ENGINEERING TEAM LEAD WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Lead Engineering, Implementation, and overall Integration of component solutions that span Cloud, Software Factory, Collaboration, Cross Domain File Transfer, WAN Networking, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) / Multiple Independent Levels of Security (MILS) capabilities into a holistic and unified solution. 
• Lean in with your team and develop custom Service Design Packages (SDP), Solution Design Artifacts, and ITSM processes designed to meet unique customer requirements.
• Support the development of the cyber strategy for the solution and its journey to full operational status from IATT through ATO and ATC.
• Partner with the Program Management Office (PMO) and the Customer team to manage the entire team’s technical delivery of the work in both Agile and Waterfall formats.
• Support the development of test and acceptance criteria, demonstration work products, and lead our team through live customer facing demonstrations that inspire our stakeholders about mission possibilities this integrated capability will unlock and move the mission forward.
• Act as the conduit for connecting customer feedback to our design artifacts and processes, and into our teams focused on service delivery and continuous improvement of the solution.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Education: Batchelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business-related field.
• Required Experience: 10 years+ of progressive technical leadership and direct customer stakeholder leadership experience, or 14 years of similar experiences in lieu of a degree.
• Desired Technical Skills: Demonstrated technical knowledge for various solution components areas, to include Cloud Operations, Collaboration Tools, Software Factory, Multisite WAN, Remote Access, Cross Domain Access and Transfer capabilities with integrated VDI/MILS technologies in a complex execution environment.
• Desired Certifications: Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect, CASP +, ITIL Foundations, PMP.
• Security Clearance Level: Ability to obtain Top Secret / SCI Clearance.
• Required Skills and Abilities: Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills that enable innovative design and technical thought leadership in a rapidly evolving business environment.
• Preferred Skills: Experience working with Government Customers, specifically the US Military. 
• Location: Remote, Telework with TDY travel as needed.
