HS/GED required; 1+ years of experience in commercial or industrial environment

Must have Drivers License with responsible driving history.

Forklift Experience is a plus.

Ability to lift 40 lbs.

The Supply Technician II will use computers, paper forms, basic hand tools, and powered equipment to unload, inspect, account for, and transport various materials inside the shop and on the road.

The Supply Technician II may assist workers in the skilled maintenance trades by performing specific or general duties such as: keeping shop areas supplied with materials and tools, cleaning working areas, machinery, and equipment; assisting trade workers by holding materials or tools; and performing other skilled tasks as directed by supervisor.

Work varies between shop areas. In some shops the supply technician II is confined to supplying, lifting, and holding materials and tools, and cleaning working areas and in others, the worker is permitted to perform specialized machine operations, or parts of a trade that are also performed by workers on a full-time basis. Various tasks may include Carpentry, Saws, Material Handling, Measuring/Marking, Forklift, Indoor Cranes and Driving non-CDL vehicles.
