Job Description
  • Support and track all Air Vehicle (AV) configuration changes from Executive Review Board, 1-pager, 8-pager, Configuration Review Boards (CRB), Acquisition Strategy, to Procurement Initiation Document (PID) request.
  • Update and maintain the AV Acquisition Strategy Tracker and ensure its consistency with results as published in the CRB meeting minutes.
  • Assist Level 3 IPT Leads in the development of program acquisition strategies. 
  • Support Procurement Planning Conferences (PPC) and pre-PPC’s.
  • Work with the Scheduling team in tracking program/project status and schedules and assist AV Level 3 IPTLs in establishing schedules for procurements.
  • Prepare for and participate in various Review Boards, and Contracts Status Review meetings, and other meetings as directed by IPT leadership. 
  • Submit requests for PIDs and Planned Future Action (PFAs) to the PMA-261 Acquisition team. Collect and provide all relevant data needed by the Acquisition team for entry into the Procurement Management Tool (PMT).
  • Assist with generating Procurement Planning Agreements and assist with routing and approval.
  • Collect and organize programmatic and technical data relating to aircraft acquisition programs and configuration changes for AV IPT requirements.
  • Support the preparation and review of acquisition documentation such as Acquisition Plans (AP), Justification & Authorization (J&A), Statement of Work (SOW), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), Request for Proposal or Request for Sizing (RFP/RFS), and contract mods. 
  • Assist in maintaining an organized AV data repository using Microsoft Teams and other FlankSpeed applications.

Required:  Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2+ years of related experience or

6 years with no Bachelor's degree.

Must have experience supporting acquisition of major systems or components; experience in program management, configuration management, technical or business analysis discipline. Demonstrated experience in project status and schedules.
