XVIII ABC MTCCS provides collective training and individual sustainment on Army Mission Command Systems, using a variety of tools and Army fielded systems. These systems are used to support small unit; Squads through Company, Medium unit; Battalion through Brigade and Large Unit; Divisions and Corps in training environments ranging from Stability and Support Operations (SSO) through Unified Land Operations. (ULO).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Directs instruction of intelligence professionals on tradecraft and other issues. Develops and/or refines courseware and curricula to meet customer training needs, establishing course content and objectives. Enhances student competencies in course-specific intelligence disciplines.
Evaluates student performance and makes recommendations for improvement. May provide training at customer locations, as part of a mobile training team, or virtually.
Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas. Provides guidance and leadership to less experienced staff and may have supervisory responsibilities. Participates in special projects as required. Defining exercise parameters; configuring system applications; setting-up databases; determining network connectivity; configuring switches; monitoring technical control cell(TCC) system status; preparing and executing after action review (AAR); and integration with operational MI systems.
Perform basic level functions of cyber monitoring and TCC diagnostic tests, back-ups, system reconfiguration, and software loads/reloads.
Attend operation and integration meetings, including but not limited to: exercise rules of engagement, technical working group, exercise integration, post exercise review, operations laydown, intelligence laydown, scripting conferences and major combat operations planning, integration, and support meetings.
For the Human Intelligence Control Cell (HCC), the contractors will perform many of the same functions, with the added responsibility to train-the-trainer of use and operation of the HCCs (per Government direction). Lead will work directly and independently with Government customers, contractors, team members, and program management.
Expert knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations relevant to the subject discipline.
Experience in classroom instruction and courseware development.
Specific certifications or military education/training may be required, depending on job assignment.
Candidate must have or be able to obtain a certificate or certification meeting evolving computing environment requirements.
CompTIA Security+ CE IATII Computing Environment.
Microsoft MCSA Windows 10 or equivalent
BS/BA Degree with at least 7 years of experience
Requires Secret clearance
With ability to upgrade to TS/SCI CI Poly
