Performs maintenance and upgrade of networks including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, remote access systems, and networks. Maintains network integrity and connectivity while ensuring compliance with policies and maintains system backup and recovery capability. Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot CUCM version 11.5.X Administrate and troubleshoot UC applications on VMWare Infrastructure Troubleshoot SIP call problems, tracing and capturing logs and analyzing SIP call traces Configure SIP trunks, QoS, carrier voice network trunking, and maintain centralized voice network architecture, session border controller Support advanced centralized dial plan and SRST Deliver technical design solutions for customer projects or potential opportunities Manage and configure Cisco Gateway Dial Peers Perform Cisco Gateways VG224 and end-devices configurations Provide Tier III-level support for incident and problem management Work to ensure incidents and problems are appropriately resolved or escalated Perform regular hands-on maintenance and upgrades on telecommunication equipment as required Analyze system reports, error logs, and activity and initiate system enhancements as needed Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of environment, procedures, methods, and standards Participate in after-hours upgrades, troubleshooting, and/or on-call availability Provide maintenance and perform upgrades for all cisco CUCM and support tools (e.g. scripts), reports, etc. Work with Infrastructure Architects to optimize existing VoIP infrastructure systems and telecommunications system Identify capacity and performance issues to ensure quality of service
