Our work depends on a USRAP Business Advocates joining our team to support Department of State activities in Rosslyn, Virginia.

As a United States Refugee Program (USRAP) Business Advocate Mid/Computer Systems Analyst supporting the Department of State managed United States Refugee Admissions Program, you will be trusted to work on a variety of tasks supporting the USRAP ensuring refugees are properly screened while looking at ways to create efficiencies to a variety of business processes. USRAP Business Advocates work closely with Resettlement Support Centers (RSCs), PRM, Refugee Operations at the Refugee Processing Center and other external stakeholders to support development of the START. START is a cloud-based case management system and reporting tool that assists in managing refugee processing activities. RSC Business Advocates ensure they work within and across collaborative environments both internally and externally to train users and to document stakeholder policy, procedures, processes and needs. The likely salary range for this position is $52,603 - $87,859, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
