  • Manage and be accountable for compliance and the timely submission of the responses by managing and controlling all process activities against the established schedule and the IDIQ requirements.
  • Conduct responses reviews that effectively achieve useful, actionable comments and recommendations from the review teams.
  • Effectively communicate and lead technical experts (e.g., graphics) to achieve the objectives of the proposal effort. The position requires the ability to coach solution architects and subject matter experts in persuasive writing.
  • Effectively communicate with GDIT leadership about the proposal effort status, risks, and proposed mitigations.
  • Work under pressure -- This is a highly collaborative position that requires ability to work under pressure and under challenging deadlines of proposals.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Demonstrated experience managing and developing concurrent task order responses for the Intelligence Community including all volumes (technical, staffing/management, cost, and others).
  • Demonstrated experience applying the rigor of formal response processes in the development of task order responses.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and applying project/task management artifacts including but not limited to the following: schedule, outline, compliance matrix, review in-briefs and de-briefs, and others.
