Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) Analyst - Secret Clearance - Point Mugu, CA

GDIT is actively seeking technical personnel with expertise in the area of Electronic Warfare (EW) systems. You will be supporting the NAWCWD D/E526000 Spectrum Mission Data & Information Division at Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) in Point Mugu, CA. 

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Analyze and validate national Intelligence data in support of E2-C/D and MH-60 platforms.

• Coordinate troubleshooting co-ops with AMES test team to resolve radar programming defects.

• Develop analyst training and reference material

• Evaluating, developing and managing systems level requirements to include analyzing requirements for appropriate decomposition, allocation, and traceability and document the results.

• Participating in development and review of technical documentation (requirements, designs, test procedures, presentations, etc.).

• Participating in review boards, status meetings, and coordinate with internal/external agencies and customers. The candidate will work within an integrated government/contractor team.

Qualifications:

• Active Secret clearance

• BS degree; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree

• 5+ years of experience with Electronic Warfare engineering

• Experience with E2-C/D or MH-60R aircraft preferred

• Electronic Warfare knowledge and experience with understanding of threat systems, mission analysis, and Concept of Operations

• Effective interface with senior-level leaders, end users, analysis and other contractor & customer personnel in a diverse team setting

• Be able to work independently, determine & develop approach to solutions.
