Workspace ONE Architect - Active Secret Clearance

Job Description

GDIT is seeking a Workspace ONE Architect to assist a federal customer transition to a modern management support model for Windows 10 devices. The candidate will be responsible to design, plan, implement and deploy all components and configuration necessary to enroll and manage Windows 10 devices in the existing Workspace ONE platform as well as work with support groups to revise their processes, service requests and procedures. The candidate will work with closely with their team and external stakeholders following an established agile methodology. The candidate will develop all required technical documentation including, but not limited to system architecture diagrams, design documents, implementation plans and system administrator guides. The candidate must possess excellent oral and writing skills as well as be an effective communicator within a team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy of Workspace ONE configuration to support 20K Windows 10 devices of varying models
• Develop an approach and plan to transition from PCLM to Windows modern management
• Migrate Active Directory group policy objects and SCCM applications to Workspace ONE
• Develop and design an application catalog for self-service application installs
• Apply DISA STIGs and other security policy through Workspace ONE profiles, applications, packages, scripts and other methods.
• Configure Azure Active Directory to support user authentication and device enrollment
• Configure Workspace ONE to support Windows device enrollment, reset and retirement use cases
• Configure Windows Autopilot Deployment Service to support user self-service device enrollment

Qualifications

• A minimum of ten (10) years of enterprise Information Technology (IT) experience, production mobility systems/devices
• A minimum of five (5) years designing, implementing and deploying Workspace ONE Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) infrastructures
• Extensive knowledge of Active Directory including DHCP, DNS, and GPO
• Extensive knowledge of System Center Configuration Manager and Windows 10
• Experience analyzing, implementing and testing DISA STIG configuration settings for hardware and software and maintaining security baselines
• Proficient with Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, SQL Server, and IIS
• Understanding of IT Service Management processes for supporting an enterprise of 17,000 users globally
• Strong ability to analyze and resolve problems quickly and efficiently
