Provide technical and functional analysis, design, development, and enhancements. Provide expertise to clients in the delivery of completed projects and the implementation of improved operational methods to meet the customer’s business requirements. May supervise or mentor junior level staff. Provides software process management and control throughout the coding portion of the software maintenance process.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Management, or other technically related discipline with at least 7 years of increasingly responsible and relevant experience. Without a degree 8-10 years of relevant experience is required. Two thirds of the experience needs to be in Oracle, Prism or other DOE specific COTS implementations.
