Core hours; 7:00 am-3:30 pm Customer is flexible. candidate will need to know how to use Outlook, basic MS Office and Excel, SharePoint and the following Sponsor systems. Access request, reimbursement System, Visitor access request system, internal communication systems and procurement system. As an event planner, the AA shall develop and maintain working relationships with a wide variety of mission partners. Will TDY domestically in support of customer events, draft memos for approval for events requiring government funding. Serve as focal point for the development, deployment and up keep of the sponsors event requirement tool. Will be POC for award requests. Will work with Sponsor MSS communications Officer to provide announcements to the workforce. Back-up support in assisting with ordering supplies, preparing on-boarding packets, conference room reservations, maintain phone lists and create phone cards, up keep of storage room, and focal point for all facilities service calls.
