Senior Financial Analyst

The selected candidate will perform the following roles and responsibilities:

• Financial functions to include cost accounting, revenue recognition, subcontractor financial management forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, EAC calculations, AR Reviews, purchase requisition review, proposal pricing, and other ad hoc reporting
• Forecast and Budgeting to include preparation, analysis, and input of revenue, costs and investments for monthly, quarterly and annual outlooks as well as strategic planning for multiple years
• Provide monthly and full year variance analysis, as well as providing opportunities and risks associated with assigned contracts
• Interface frequently with project manager, program staff and other business area leaders
• Financial monthly reviews with management to provide insight into the business
• Reviewing contracts and modifications, understanding contract terms, and support contract setup and enter modifications in Oracle
• Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets and generate financial reports as required
• Be knowledgeable of and be compliant with internal policies and procedures, as well as government regulations
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, policies and procedures

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Bachelor's degree or additional 4+ equivalent finance experience.
● Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
● Required Technical Skills: Experience with MS Office Products including Word, Powerpoint and specifically Excel.
● Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI + polygraph or ability to obtain.
● Required Skills and Abilities: Budgeting, financial analysis, or providing financial support at the program or corporate level. Strong organization and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical skills and problem solving ability.
● Preferred Skills: Government Contract experience. Oracle or similar systems skills.
