As an IT Systems Administrator supporting Mobile Device and Content Management Systems, you will:
Support the management, functionality and efficiency of a group of systems and services running on one or more operating systems to deliver Mobile Device Management (MDM) / Mobile Content Management (MCM) services
Ensure that the solutions and support activities delivered are aligned with the strategy and vision of the organization
Work to ensure the delivery of elastic, highly available, and fault tolerant systems within a commercial cloud service provider ecosystem
Support the integration of Customers’ legacy mobile device builds/configurations from on-premise services and Standalone configurations into Enterprise level MDM configurations
Support the migration of Customers’ User bases from disparate on-premise, proprietary, and standalone mobile device configurations into Enterprise level MDM configurations
Support the integration and migration of Customers’ current MDM configurations on varying Cloud offerings to our Customer’s current Cloud and Enterprise solutions, and any future developed solutions
Assist in the testing and sustainment of new MDM and MCM solutions using automation tools while adhering to an Agile, DevOps/DevSecOps development, implementation, and sustainment approach
Collaborate with fellow teammates on complex problems, and recommend improvements
Assist in the deconstruction and interpretation of requirements supporting team projects
Collaborate with Tier 1 through Tier 4 personnel to design Standard Operating Procedures and Knowledge Base articles utilized by Users, Service Desk, and System Admins and Engineers during the migration to and throughout the Sustainment phase of the lifecycle
Stay abreast of current Security Requirements for MDM/MCM Services and Customers’ Client systems, providing continual product updates and/or recommendations to keep ahead of emerging vulnerabilities
Collaborate with Customers’ defined privileged and test personnel for Continuous Development lifecycle execution
Commit to staying abreast of both emerging technologies and evolving customer goals and objectives
Engage with stakeholders and supporting teams, and ensuring customer expectations, satisfaction, risks and cost is managed appropriately as it relates to your activities
Work to enhance team effectiveness by fostering a culture of unparalleled technical acumen in order to achieve maximum effectiveness in delivering services and solutions IAW the customer and end-user requirements
Adhere to standards, policies, protocols, procedures and best practices that truly embody a “Best of Breed” Development & Engineer services delivery team
Participate in architectural and design discussions to gain insight into Future Services and System States, providing Sustainment recommendations gained from Operations experience, and leaning forward with necessary SOP and KB development
Participating in strategic engagements and events, as required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Experience with MDM products, features, and benefits
Experience with File Share / Mobile Content Management services
Experience with both Apple iOS and Google Android mobile devices
Experience with Vendor MDM services, in particular Apple Business Manager (ABM), or Samsung Knox Managed Enrollment (KME)
Experience with security policies and requirements for US Government Services/Systems
Excellent communication skills

Ability to provide technical guidance and leadership when possible and maximizes learning at every opportunity to ensure program success
Ability to consistently deliver resilient, reliable, cost-effective solutions that enable end user outcomes to be realized

Experience Requirements
6+ years of combined DoD and/or Commercial industry IT service experience is highly preferred
At least 2+ years’ experience using Mobile Device Management Software (e.g., Mobile Iron, MS Intune, AirWatch/WorkSpaceOne) to manage mobile device policies, and device configurations
2+ years of recent and relevant experience in implementing or sustaining enterprise-level MDM solutions with emphasis on iOS or Android devices
2+ years’ experience running File Share services or Mobile Content Management
Education Requirements
BA/BS degree, or equivalent experience
Certification Requirements
Current 8570.01M IAM Level-2 certification required
Security Requirements
Must have a SECRET clearance with the ability to obtain an SCI (TS/SCI)
