Seeking a Junior Intelligence Analyst to join our team.

Daily responsibilities of the Intelligence Analyst Associate include researching over 20 government and open source (OSINT) databases to determine status violations and lead viability. Information gathered is transferred into a template and the subject is deemed viable or non-viable. This builds the case for the field agent to conduct a “knock and talk” or an arrest and potential removal of the given subject from the United States.

Qualifications:

Minimum Education/Experience: Bachelor of Arts or Science degree and a minimum of one year of experience in research, intelligence or threat analysis, or an Associate's Degree and three (3) years' experience in intelligence and threat analysis, or a High School diploma with five (5) years' experience in intelligence and threat analysis.

Preferred Education/Experience: BA or BS with one year of directly related research experience and possess knowledge of immigration policy and procedures as they relate to non-immigrant visitors, and visa classifications and knowledge of DHS ADP systems.

The ideal candidate is a strong team player who is a quick learner, asks questions, takes initiative, and produces accurate work. They are proactive, learn and understand the SOPs and complete tasks with no errors. This is a fast-paced environment; successful analysts have excellent time management skills and work well under pressure.

Hours: M-F, 8-hour shift from 7 AM to 5 PM, dependent on final team appointment once employee completes unit training.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 0+ years of experience
