  • Reporting to the PMO organization, the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) professional is an experienced MS-Project scheduler for the Program.  Works with internal Application Services Managers, Project Managers and technical Leads to provide accurate analysis and review corrective actions for variances. 

  • Works in coordination with other members of the PMO and Project Managers to monitor costs, schedules and resources for an integrated master plan.  The IMS tracks SW maintenance and enhancement activities, operational tasks and activities, and program-level deliverables.

  • Understand and apply all aspects of sophisticated scheduling including resource loading, creating maps, leveling over allocations, predecessors, successors, links, baselines, etc.

  • Conduct all the activities of the Risk, Issues and Opportunities (RIO) program for NCMMIS.

  • Scheduling all RIO meetings, preparing and distributing materials and related reporting requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Five plus years work experience

  • Three or more years of project scheduling experience in an application software development environment

  • Strong experience with MS Project

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Resource loaded plans, preferably in a large software development and/or software maintenance environment
  • MS Project version 2013/2016 or greater preferred

  • Risk Management experience

  • Strong creative, analytical and problem solving skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Experience in importing and exporting data in/out of MS Project is desirable

  • Experience with Excel formulas and Macros is desirable

  • Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with team members, project managers, and tech Leads

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly
