General Dynamic Information Technology (GDIT) is hiring intermediate and senior-levels Systems and Software Engineers, in Fort Meade, MA.  Your primary responsibilities include developing solutions to a variety of complex engineering problems of moderate scope and complexity.

Senior Level Responsibilities:

· Support scanning and reporting for vulnerabilities and abnormal activity by utilizing or enabling Government directed cybersecurity configuration and scanning tools. 

· Develop, implement, and maintain, as approved by the COR, documentation/artifacts, policies, processes, and plans in support of risk management.

· Execute weekly security and vulnerability management scans.

· Provide market analysis related to routine lifecycle refresh of network components, end point devices, equipment, software, and annual maintenance. 

· Conduct and report technical and risk analysis. 

· Provide operations and administration support functions, inclusive of all system administration tasks required to install/re-install, configure, secure, maintain, and load balance all infrastructure components, operating systems, and authorized specialized software.

· Develops solutions to a variety of complex engineering problems of moderate scope and complexity.

· Performs complex systems design, development, and integration from the start of a systems life cycle to the end.

· Oversight of complex infrastructure including installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software, and system management tools.

· Performs complex systems modeling, simulation, and analysis.

· Performs continual maintenance and provides complex solutions for security, backup and redundancy problems.

· Prepares and maintains a range of documentation for processes and procedures related to engineering projects.

· Maintains current knowledge of rapidly changing technology.

Intermediate Level Responsibilities:

· Design, plan, integrate, implement, and operate/administer additional approved agencies/organizations (workstations, networks, infrastructure, applications, tools, and/or processes necessary to support the day-to-day administrative functions of the incoming entity) into the common service environment.

· Determine compatibility and interoperability, and assess functionality and stability, to recommend integration viability within the existing architecture.

· Provide market analysis related to routine lifecycle refresh of network components, end point devices, equipment, software, and annual maintenance.

Required Qualifications For Senior Level:       

· Active Top Secret clearance is required.

· A combination of 5 or more years of experience.

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Required Qualifications For Intermediate Level:

· Active Top Secret clearance is required.

· A combination of 2 or more years of experience.

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
